Who it’s for

We stand beside leadership to decide where AI drives impact, and teams to turn the strategy into governed delivery.

Leadership

C-levels, directors, and heads who need to decide where AI delivers real value.

Pressure for ROI, governance, and compliance while the business pushes for speed.

Prioritized opportunity map, investment criteria, and execution plan without guesswork.

Product & Operations

Product, operations, and CX managers who face queues, rework, and friction-heavy processes.

Bloated backlogs, dependence on data teams, and little visibility into automation impact.

Flows redesigned with AI, clear friction/efficiency metrics, and controlled pilots to prove value.

Engineering & Data

Technical leaders wanting to speed delivery without sacrificing reliability.

Platforms without guardrails, unpredictable model costs, and doubts about running in production.

Operable architecture, results from day one, and knowledge transfer to the internal team.

What we do in practice

Lean, to-the-point work with weekly touchpoints, shared repositories, and recorded decisions so we keep moving fast.

  • Process and bottleneck diagnostics
  • Opportunity map (impact × feasibility)
  • Automation/AI recommendations
  • Roadmap + KPIs
  • Risks, governance, and operating plan

How we price

Full transparency: we document each action and only execute after your approval.

  1. 01

    Umbrella agreement without fixed price

We formalize governance, confidentiality, and boundaries; the fee adjusts to the intensity of the work.

  2. 02

Actions with cost are aligned first

Workshops, pilots, or integrations are estimated and documented with clear risks and deliverables.

  3. 03

Nothing with cost runs without explicit approval

We only proceed once the sponsor confirms value and format — no invoice surprises.

Example actions

Value-mapping workshops

Flow and automation analysis

Data and AI stack evaluation

Target architecture design

Controlled pilots with users

Rollout and training plans

Sprint projects (delivery, demo, acceptance)

Free investigation

Before any proposal, we map the problem and what success means. You leave with clarity even if we don’t sign.

  • Understand current flow and available data
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and stakeholders
  • Solution hypotheses and preliminary effort estimate

How it works

  1. 01

    Investigation (free)

We understand context, pains, and priority bets, using the time to bring clarity.

  2. 02

    Mapping + scope proposal

We list deliverables and complexity; you adjust the package before pricing the sprint.

  3. 03

    Contract

We close duration, acceptance criteria, and collaboration format.

  4. 04

    Sprint

Build, demo, and validate with your team close by.

  5. 05

    Acceptance and billing

Payment only after delivery meeting acceptance criteria.

Satisfaction guarantee

The sprint is billed only after delivery and acceptance with the agreed criteria. Adjustments within scope are handled before any charge.

Closed project (ownership transferred to the client)

  • Product delivery and source code
  • Architecture and operations documentation
  • Handoff with your team and pairing in the first weeks
  • Production readiness checklist

Open project (bosq hosts + maintenance)

  • Hosting and continuous monitoring
  • Maintenance fee proportional to usage
  • Operations and observability with shared alerts
  • SLAs and incident playbooks

Governance

Acceptance criteria, living documentation, and security applicable to the context.

Pipelines with review, controlled environments, and a production-ready posture.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does the variable consulting fee work?
The fee follows the intensity of the work month to month: we reduce when we’re just monitoring and increase in weeks with deep deliveries.
What is or isn’t billed?
Light discovery, conversations, and checkpoints aren’t billed. Large workshops, pilots, integrations, and code deliveries are aligned and approved beforehand.
What’s the typical length of a fixed sprint?
Usually 2–3 weeks, with demo and acceptance at the end. We adjust cadence to scope size and your availability.
What if the scope changes mid-sprint?
Changes go to the next cycle’s backlog. If you want it in the current sprint, we reassess impact, timeline, and price before proceeding.
How does ownership transfer work?
In the closed model we deliver code, documentation, and handoff with your team; in the open model we keep operating with shared SLAs and runbooks.
Is there a maintenance fee in the open model?
Yes, a monthly fee covers hosting, observability, minor adjustments, and support within the agreed SLA.
